This product was recommended by my daughters dentist. My daughter has a condition where some of her teeth are really weak, meaning cavities can be formed super easy. Luckily only maybe four of her teeth are like that. This product has helped in the aide of preventing cavities and strengthening her teeth. We use it in the morning and at night. This product is a lifesaver.
